We are licensed to act on behalf of our clients for the Safekeeping and Administration of Financial Instrumentsand and we provide Global Custodian Services to our clients.

AtlasCapital offers a first class Custodian Service at competitive rates. This vital service ensures investors (either individuals or corporate entities) that their financial investments are safely retained and administered at all times.

Custodian Services can benefit clients who trade in Financial Instruments but prefer to remain anonymous. Examples may include attempts to take control of a company, achieve better pricing, maintain anonymity during negotiations or acquire strategic shareholding acquisitions etc.

Securities and other financial instruments are deposited into a custodian account on behalf of each client. The account is created under the name of our investment firm. The relevant beneficiaries are identified and registered into our firm’s Back Office system. Clients’ financial instruments are then processed for safekeeping with our clearing Bank.
