ACFS endeavors, as today’s fast moving business world is increasingly challenging and hectic, to make its Account Opening procedure as efficient as possible; follow the next steps:

- For Legal Entities

a) Certified copy of the full Incorporation Set, together with Memorandum & Articles of Association issued in the last three months;

b) Certified copy of a valid passport with a clear photo of all individuals who have the authority to represent/sign on behalf of the Company (Authorized Signatories, Directors and Beneficial Owners);

c) Certified copy of proof of residential address, e.g. a utility bill, issued in the last three months (mobile phone bills not acceptable) of all individuals in b) above;

Note: The Legal Entity application has to be sent from the generic email address (e.g. office@APPLICANT, info@APPLICANT, etc) - not from a free web-based email service.

- For Individuals

a) Certified copy of a valid passport with a clear photo;

b) Certified copy of proof of residential address, e.g. a utility bill, issued in the last three months (mobile phone bills not acceptable)

c) Bank reference letter, addressed to ACFS
